The artist has depicted the crossing over of her loving soul friend “Lucky Ellie Mae-Bear” – the beautiful Black Lab – reuniting with her earthly companions who preceded her into Heaven . “ Buster Smiley Bear” – the friend from down the country road who would visit her every night to play & frolic, my beloved “Laddy Winky – Bear” who Lucky shared a home with, eagerly awaits upon the hill with the Angel, & “ Tiger Lily Bell” scampering up the hill with joy – all spiritual guides for Lucky’s journey to paradise.
